User experience research (UX research)

User experience research is all about understanding the users of your services, products and systems: your customers, prospects, partners and staff. It also includes understanding your business processes and the context and constraints of the experience being researched.

We work with you to identify which UX research is most relevant to your project. Techniques can include field research, user testing (in person or remotely), human factors analysis and user task modelling.

This service can be part of a larger project, or a service in itself.

Benefits of user experience research

Really understanding your customers and your business objective can ensure the right service, system, or product is built – saving thousands or even millions in lost time and lost opportunity costs.
